What is the "RTR" format?

"RTR" means "Ready to Reassemble". It is our version of a knock-down ready-to-assemble product. First we fully assemble the chair and then break it down to a minimum number of parts.

**The RTR format is available for our GOSSIP & GALIANO chairs ONLY and is available in TWO different formats.**

• In the "RTR Ship" format, there is a packaging surcharge of $75.00.
• Carrier choice and freight costs are the customer's responsibility.

• The packaged for shipping weight for the Gossip chair is approx. 37 lbs. (16.78 kg) and the Galiano chair is approx. 39 lbs. (17.69 kg).
• All fastener bolts & washers required for assembly are included along with easy to follow assembly instructions.
• The only tool needed for the assembly process is a 7/16 inch wrench. As an option, you may wish to use a 7/16 inch socket wrench
• SPECIAL NOTE: In both formats we STRONGLY recommend the use of good quality glue for all joints. A small bottle (4 ounces/118ML) is included with your choice of "RTR" chair.
